To be approved as a tenant, applicants must provide:
• Proof of Employment – official letter verifying current employment and term of employment.
• Financial Preparedness – deposit and first month’s rent paid upfront.
• Payment Capability – ability to pay rent online. ( A Valid Email iD)
•Identification – valid photo ID for all occupants.
•Proof of Permanent Address – documentation confirming current permanent residence.
• Pet Disclosure – all pets must be disclosed; pets under 40 lbs accepted with a monthly fee.
